What Information We Collect and Why
We collect or use the following to provide the app's services:
- Date of birth (for age-based calculations)
- Health information (heart rate, weight — stored locally only)
- Location data (route breadcrumbs — stored locally only)
Where Your Data Lives
All personal and health data is stored on your device only. Your running journal can optionally sync via iCloud for backup purposes. No data is sent to us or any third party.
Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with anyone. The app does not contain third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind.
How Long We Keep Information
Data exists on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. Deleting the app removes all local data. iCloud backups follow your Apple iCloud retention settings.
Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete any journal entry, purge your data, or uninstall the app at any time.
