When you first install Run Stats you will have no journal history for a while.
For some people that might be ideal, a chance to accurately capture details and build a running journal afresh.
But for others there could be value in loading existing running records from your Apple Health. That’s where the Run Stats Rapid Start facility comes in!
When the journal is empty the Journal page will display a button to generate a set of journal from your last 90 days of running:

Pressing this blue button will scan runs completed in the last 90 days and add basic running details to your journal. You can always edit these to improve the data.
