Run Stats provides a variety of graphs to help you understand more about your runs. Coverage includes:

  • Types of runs – including run type, terrain and weather
  • Various measures – including effort, volume, distance and elevation gained
  • Pace – considering date, effort, tempo pace performance, distance run, elevation gained, terrain, run type and starting hour
  • Gear – hours by each type to help you balance use, distance and pace
  • Health – aches, mood and heart rate.

Note some of the graphs require a one time payment to unlock the premium features.



Further workout analysis is also provided but depends upon the contents of Apple Health. With an Apple Watch you get the most detail – route, pace analysis, running power, running form measures and others.
