Sometimes you want to remove a Journal.
To do this open Settings and scroll down to the Data Management Section.

Click on Journal Data Records. This presents a list of journals. Click the bin to delete an individual item or use the buttons at the top to delete a range of older entries.

This will mark the journal for entry so it will no longer be shown. To actually purge items in this state press the Purge Deleted Items button.

This will fully remove the Journal. Related run records will be available for delete in the Run Data Records view. Click the bin here to delete the run too. Its a separate process because sometimes you want to reuse the run on multiple journals.
