Creating a New Workout and Journal

Manual Workouts

If you didn’t use a watch or another app to capture workout details you can manually add them too. The high level steps are:

  1. Select the start date and time of your workout.
  2. Use the spinners to delete the duration.
  3. Provide details of the distance and press the button. A workout is added to Apple Health now.
  4. From here the process is the same as if a workout had been selected.
